beautifully arranged and masterfully executed comp of mostly pre-war blues recordings, colored throughout by influences of creole, calypso, latin and african flavors. the arrangement of tracks flow together so well, making for a really captivating listen. a favorite amongst mississippi records heads, this one has been out of print for months now. perfect indoors music for the rainy days ahead.
